Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and crib shoes unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Submit Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Las Vegas facility using a trackable shipping method. The return address will be provided in your RMA email.
Return Shipping Options
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email the style/size you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
